Dean Segal is the Owner and CEO of Ironwood Kitchen and Bath, where he leads the company’s work across cabinetry, countertops, architectural millwork, and large-scale project delivery. Under his leadership, Ironwood has grown into a vertically integrated kitchen and bath company serving multi-family developments, commercial projects, and high-end residential homes. Dean brings a background in real estate development, construction coordination, and business development, giving him a practical understanding of what developers, general contractors, architects, and owners need from a trade partner. Before founding Ironwood, he worked with a major New York City real estate development firm on high-profile projects, gaining firsthand experience with the pace, complexity, and expectations of large-scale construction. In addition to Ironwood, Dean has built and operated several businesses, including First Glove, a national glove supply company, and a real estate brokerage in New York City. His entrepreneurial background has shaped Ironwood’s approach: responsive communication, reliable execution, practical problem-solving, and a focus on long-term relationships. At Ironwood, Dean is especially focused on helping clients simplify complex scopes, value engineer without sacrificing design intent, and deliver quality cabinetry and countertops at scale.
